How much does it cost?
Three packages, billed monthly in Canadian dollars: Starter $150, Growth $300, Full $900. Every package includes a named advisor; they differ in how much paperwork is read each month and how often we sit down with you — quarterly on Starter, monthly on Growth, on demand on Full. We match you to one on the introductory call. There is a one-time onboarding fee from $200, stated before you sign anything. A short engagement letter sets out the terms, and you can switch packages or cancel any time.
What happens after I book the call?
Fifteen minutes with an advisor. We learn how the business runs, tell you the package and the onboarding fee, and set up Xero or QuickBooks with you if you don't have a file yet. Then you sign in, read and sign the engagement letter, pay by card for the package we agreed, and drop in your first statement.
What is the onboarding fee for?
Setting your books up properly once: your accounting file, your chart of accounts, the questions about your business answered with us, and your first statements. It starts at $200; if the books need a clean-up first we quote that on the call, never afterwards.
Can it touch my money?
No. It connects to your QuickBooks file, not your bank. It reads the statements you upload and writes bookkeeping entries — it never sees your bank login and it can't move a dollar.
What if it gets something wrong?
Nothing reaches QuickBooks until you press Send, so you see every line first. Change a line here and it updates in QuickBooks; change it in QuickBooks and the assistant learns from that too.
Do I need QuickBooks or Xero?
One or the other, and we set it up with you on the intro call if you have neither. QuickBooks Online connects straight to the app today. Xero clients start with statement uploads while the Xero connection finishes, and your advisor keeps the file current either way.
Is my data used to train AI?
No. Your documents and your file are used to do your books and nothing else — never to train a model, and never for another customer.
How much work is this for me each month?
