These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Jaya Accounting website at https://jayaaccounting.com (the “Site”), operated by Dhanda & Co. (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site is a marketing and informational website. Its content — including descriptions of our services, the savings calculator, and any figures or examples — is provided for general information only. It is not accounting, tax, financial, or legal advice, and should not be relied on as such.

Submitting the “Book a call” form, contacting us, or using the Site does not create a professional, engagement, or client relationship. Any engagement for bookkeeping or related services is governed by a separate written agreement between you and us, and begins only when that agreement is in place.

The savings calculator and any pricing shown (including our starting monthly fee) are estimates and illustrations only, based on the inputs you provide. They are not an offer, a quote, or a guarantee of savings, results, or price. Your actual price and scope are confirmed in writing after an onboarding call.

You agree to use the Site lawfully, and not to:

• Interfere with or disrupt the Site or its security;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems;
• Scrape or harvest data by automated means, except as reasonably permitted;
• Submit false, misleading, or another person’s information without authority.

The Site and its content — text, design, graphics, logos, and animations — are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. You may view and use the Site for your own informational purposes, but you may not copy, reproduce, or reuse our content without our permission. Third-party names and logos (such as QuickBooks and Xero) belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

The Site may reference or link to third-party services and websites. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or reliance on its content.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and the “Last updated” date above shows when they last changed. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
